Your information
We collect your authenticated email, name, company, industry, country, mobile number, public identity and communication choices to manage your account and forecasting entries. Job title is optional.
What other participants see
Only your chosen public identity, forecasts when released, scores and rankings are public. Your mobile number and private contact information are not shared with league owners. Authorised support and super administrators may access private details to manage your account.
Communications and choices
Account communications are required while your account is active. Round emails, SMS, WhatsApp and Smart Currency marketing choices are separate and optional. Change them at any time in Profile. Consent history records the wording, choice and date, including withdrawals.
Your rights and retention
Use Profile to request a data export or close your account. Closure stops new entries and optional communications and replaces your public identity. A review request is retained for authorised staff; closure does not immediately erase all records. Competition and audit records may be retained where necessary. Contact us for correction, deletion or other privacy requests.
Before public launch
The operator must confirm its legal identity, contact details, lawful bases, retention periods, processors and international-transfer arrangements before this draft becomes a final privacy notice.
